Return &Refund Policy

We take pride in our small-batch production process, where each piece is carefully crafted by hand. To get your order ready for dispatch, it may take us 7-14 days, depending on the availability of the fabric. For domestic shipping within India, we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days. If you're in a hurry, we also offer express shipping for an additional charge of ₹200.

For our international customers, simply drop us an email at info@studioitiha.com with your full name, address, and the items you'd like to order. We'll get back to you as soon as we can with the total charges.
 

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking ID/AWB, so you can stay updated on its delivery status.

 

RETURNS
We currently have a no returns/exchange policy unless the product has been damaged during transit or is defective. In such a case, please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your product.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
We'll be sure to send you an email once we've received and checked your return. The email will let you know if the refund or replacement has been approved. If it has, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 10 days.

SHIPPING

It's always a good idea to get in touch with us before sending your product back. While shipping costs are not refundable, we want to make sure everything goes smoothly. If a refund is approved, the shipping cost will simply be subtracted from the total amount refunded. As we operate in small batches, your handcrafted products will reach you within a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 30 days - depending on the quantity of your order.
